Welcome to Ricki Robin. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ricki Robin app and website at ricki-robin.com (the "App") and the Ricki Robin online store at ricki-robin.store (the "Store"). By using the App or Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Ricki Robin is operated from the United Kingdom. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. About Ricki Robin

Ricki Robin is a UK print-on-demand apparel brand. All products are printed to order in Europe. The App allows you to browse collections, discover designers, save favourite pieces, and follow designers for updates. Purchases are completed through the Store, which is powered by Shopify.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the App. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your Account

• You may create an account using your email address (magic link) or by signing in with Google.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content (including profile photos)
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Interfere with the App's operation or infrastructure
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

5. Products and Purchases

Browsing

The App displays products from the Ricki Robin catalogue. Product information (images, descriptions, prices) is sourced from our Shopify store and may be updated at any time.

Purchasing

All purchases are completed through the Store at ricki-robin.store, which is operated on Shopify. Purchases are subject to Shopify's terms and our store policies (shipping, returns, etc.) as displayed at checkout.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in your local currency where possible. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

The Ricki Robin Fund

£2 per order is ring-fenced for the Ricki Robin Fund, with an annual impact report. The Fund is an honest promise the company carries.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the App — including designs, logos, text, images, and the Robin character — is owned by Ricki Robin or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
• The Ricki Robin name, logo, and "A Robin for every story" tagline are trademarks of Ricki Robin.

7. User Content

If you upload content to the App (such as a profile photo or bio):

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and store that content for the purpose of operating the App.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of others.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms at our discretion.

8. Designers Programme

From autumn 2026, Ricki Robin will feature a programme of independent UK designers. Designers featured in the App are either part of the Ricki Robin in-house team or independent designers who have agreed to participate in the programme. Their inclusion does not constitute an endorsement beyond the context of the collaboration.

9. Push Notifications

You may opt in to receive push notifications about new products, designers, and collections. You can manage or disable push notifications at any time through the App's settings or your device settings.

10. Availability and Changes

• We aim to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time.
• We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months (if any).

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

12. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• Google — for sign-in authentication
• Shopify — for product data and checkout
• Supabase — for account management and data storage

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
